I Can Do It!!

Well, here I go again!!! This whole new job changing thing in the middle of buying a house, which happens to be in the middle of crazy family health things, has done its wear and tear on me. Last night was a rough one, not gonna lie. I think Caleb got either a phone call, or a text message about at least once per hour. I just couldn't sleep. After a year living in this small town, that would be my first night home alone. Thank Gosh for my guard dogs! It could have been disasterous with them, I am sure!

I don't really know what to do with myself these evenings. I am usually chatty Annie when I get home, and now I am here and Togie and Buddy will only listen to me for so long until they start making out (Yes, our dogs are either REALLY close brothers, or gay friends, we can't decide). I had full ambition in my head to make some fancy invitations, but uh well, due to the lack of sleep, I think I will keep putting it off. No big deal. I mean, really, this party is at a casino! Who wouldn't drop everything that day and come out? (meaning I think everyone would, then I can invite who I think should come, and leave *someone(s)* out!!! but not my party, so I best obey. Darn It) 

Oh yes, just to keep you up on the 'baby' talk. We aren't trying yet, but when we do, and we know when we want to, no one will know for awhile!!!  Yup- we aren't telling. Maybe for $10,000 I will, but we can't tell Caleb I told! I have my dear friend Lesley to answer all my gory questions though! I know she will laugh with me, and not at me, which I understand is a big thing in not pissing a preggers woman off! So thanks in advance Lesley!!


This post I will leave at short and kind of sweet, pictureless, I am sorry, but I finally found something to entertain me, American Idol, at least for an hour. If I end up not sleeping and feel like telling stories through my fingerprints, you may hear from me again in the same day! Lucky You!!!!

Finally a Lovely Weekend!

Well after a lovely weekend back home to Fremont County, it has snowed almost a foot today down here in Saratogaville! And when we woke up Saturday morning in Riverton, there was heavy fog....gosh I think Winter finally arrived!!!! The snow today is so heavy and SO PERFECT for snowmen, it is just to windy for my lazy bones to go build one tonight!!!!!

Anyways, here is some hush hush blog-only news, Caleb has baby fever. Yup, I said it. So lets keep it between your eyeballs and this blog for now; I would hate for him to be made fun of and then change his mind. As for me, I am loving not having kids, loving the fact that I don't have body changes, loving the fact that it is just us, and I can sleep when I want, and do what I want. BUT- I would also love having a little duffer around!!! I think I am more hesitant at this point because I DREAD driving to Laramie for doctor appointments, I dread living in Saratoga with children for the fact that there is NOT one person I trust leaving my kids in daycare/preschool with, and the fact that if I go into labor and there is a snowstorm and roads are closed, then I would have some un-experienced/not so good/ town doctor delivering my child.......so lots to think about. and if we even started now: 1. I would not have fun in Vegas in May for my sisters' wedding 2.summer may suck 3. No NFR options for us AGAIN 4.December/January baby and we want May-October born babies 5. Too small of house/no room for anything else 6.We lose the bet to family membersds 7.it seems everyone I know is preggers right now, so why not wait when it seems less people are preggers???  and let them have their glory they need! 8. My sister has to have kids first 9. I need a different vehicle and finally the last, but there are more I am not listing...10. MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

Enough about this baby stuff- We went to Riverton for a few reasons; to see my Papa who is having a rough battle with Colon Cancer, to see mom and dad, to relax, and to have an Open House for my UL business.

Papa is doing ok- looks good, but looks tired and skinny. He is getting a lot of visitors and I think that is helping his spirits more than anything!!!!   That man is a wealth of knowledge and always will be!!

Mom and dad are still ornery........Friday night Buddy (our blue heeler) ripped his middle toe nail off and proceeded to bleed profusily (sorry on that spelling) all over mom's kitchen, but mind you, dad was passed out, Caleb was really sick so he was asleep bc of night time medicines, and so mom and I were stuck with cleaning!!! He is still walking on 3 legs, and carrying his front leg like he is gay. Yes, it is true. But He will survive!!! When I got home for lunch today, Togie had decided to chew the lids off of 2-1 gallon jugs of honey. Not only chew the lids off, but drag them over to the only piece of rug and let the entire gallon spill on it. THEN- step in it, track honey paw prints all over and then jump on their dog kennel which has a cover on it, so now we have honey EVERYWHERE!

Well my dear ones, this is all for now, because I am sick of waiting on my pictures to upload!!! I will get them on tomorrow!!!

YAHOO!!!! IT WORKS!!!!!

Well.... here it goes again! For an update in our lives, since I had to delete the last blog due to some crazy stuff happening, just keep reading!

What I was saying.....I CAN NOT WAIT TO OWN OUR HOME AND GARDEN!!!!!!
On March 26th, we should be closing on our house and it will finally be owned by Caleb and Annie Newton!!!! I have told Lesley today that I am going to hopefully be a mad cleaning lady (just an early start to spring cleaning) this weekend and then I can put up some before and after pictures!!!!  I am hoping to also blog what happened to my dress, and other life events happening.

And then- I am going to do a Garden Blog!!!! I can NOT wait to get my hands in the dirt! So mom- so far, I need you to hold back the best varieties of: Tomato Plants (I would like 6 I think), Cucumbers (to eat and pickle), Strawberries and Raspberries, Oh and did I mention I am going to REALLY need your help planting these?? I will need to make sure they all get the best spot possible for their summer/fall lives!!!!  And I want pumpkins, green beans, zucchini, I am looking for the right 'corn' variety for Saratoga..., and I also want some trees I think!!! Ones that have good shade, but will grow fast!!!  And I think my previous garden, is going to turn into the vege area....you know like cucumbers and zucchini so that they don't drown out the rest of my plants!!! Oh ya, I also want to plant potatoes, and oh my gosh HOW COULD I FORGET?!?!? I am so excited to plant peppers! Bell peppers, hot peppers, you name it, I want it!!!! But I also need help pretty please!!!

As far as our dogs, oh those dogs!!!   Buddy has been coming inside, just because he is my gaurd dog and I am too pissed to look at Togie!  This morning I had left the garage door open to the backyard while I was getting ready for work, and I opened to door to the garage from the house and caught him red handed chewing the rug, with a million chew toys laying there crying because he was ignoring them!!!! OH THAT DAMN DOG!!!!!  So for the record, Togie is a puppy, YES, if he was any other humans dog, he would be long gone down the road, but I do still love him....just have to let him know I mean B-U-S-I-N-E-S-S for once!! I am a weakling and always make him obey, then turn right around and hand out as many loves as possible...well NOT anymore my friends and family!! Oh and by the way, please just DO NOT mention my dogs to me for quite some time, I am rather pissy and am liable to bite your heads off. Just leave me and my dogs alone for now. Thanks in advance!

Ok- Sister's wedding.....Yup, I need $$$$, but almost as bad as that, I need to get to a real town that has a craft store so I can get busy making her invites!!!! Please send any and all ideas for a brides pre-wedding gift receiving/ game playing/ day to shine party to me!! Thanks for this in advance too!!!!

I really like colors, but I have some checks to write!!!
